Refund Policy
All returns need be authorized in advance by sending an e-mail
request including details of the merchandise to be returned and
reason for return. e-mail: returns@ArmyNavyMilitarySurplus.com
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long
as it is in new condition or for exchange if it is damaged or
defective. Any returns accepted after 30 days are subject to a
25% restocking fee. All returned merchandise is subject to
inspection by Army Navy Military Surplus Inc. prior to exchange
and/or refund being made. For your protection, please send your
return package prepaid and insured via US mail or UPS.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Special orders are non-refundable.
All sales of "Used" merchandise are final and not refundable. Some exceptions may be made at our discretion for exchange of size only. Please contact us to make such a request. |
